I loved this Assateauge Island National Seashore Engagement session with Jenna and Spencer!

What better way to celebrate your love and new engagement than with a summer sunset at your favorite beach?! Jenna and Spencer wanted to get a variety of backdrops so we started on the bay side with their cute pup playing in the water near the naturalist shack.

One of the things I love about photographing Assateague engagement sessions is that you can get two totally different backdrops between the bay and the ocean side of the water! When the sun was starting to set we walked across the beach and had so much fun walking through by the sand dunes and splashing in the ocean waves. It was truly a quintessential summer night and the perfect way to celebrate their engagement session at a place that meant a lot to them!
